The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made for a relaxing visit, and overall, I felt it offered good value for money, even if some amenities came at additional costs.

The hotel offers a wonderful, quiet experience at the back overlooking the garden, making it a peaceful retreat. While the staff could be more welcoming at times, and the reception was somewhat uninviting, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the rooms made my stay enjoyable. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but be aware that you might hear some noise from the main road. Overall, it provides decent value for the money.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though there was a slight museum-like smell, which might not appeal to everyone. I appreciated the quietness since my room was overlooking the garden.

The location is quite strategic for visiting nearby caves and Sarlat, a beautiful medieval town just 25 minutes away. However, being next to a busy road and a railway station means there's a bit of noise.
Dining

The hotel had spacious and well-appointed rooms that overlooked the garden and pool area, which was definitely a plus. However, I found the service lacking, as the staff was not very friendly or helpful during my stay. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the facilities, including the dining experience, were decent but could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a nice place for a relaxing getaway, but don’t expect stellar service.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is beautiful and great for exploring the area, and the service was truly exceptional, the room I initially received was disappointing. It didn't match the online pictures at all, but after an upgrade, I was much happier. Dining was decent but a bit chaotic with large groups. Overall, it has a lot of potential but may need some tweaks in room quality and dining organization.
